Do not use a child aged 3 to mouthwash. They tend to swallow, to do with the best education possible. Try it with a very soft brush or cloth Wrapped Around Your Finger on the gum-massage (if it does not leave you, my daughter was working). What is your diet? Are you getting enough vitamin C from fruit and vegetables?
