Kitchen Aide Mixer Parts Why Do My Cookies Keep Turning Out Like This?

Why do my cookies keep turning out like this? - kitchen aide mixer parts

I cooked oatmeal and chocolate chip cookies lately .... Keep Coming flat and funky. I use a Kitchen Aid mixer, what is rather than doing it by hand. Is the reason why? They are in the oven, when sink the bag. You know the kind of salty. I'm more movement?

Yes, most of the mixture. I had the same problem a few months ago when I started with my KA mixer for cookies. I took the advice of several people here at Ya and My Favorite Food Network chef ... Alton Brown ... and made some changes. I still use the mixer, double / triple batch, but can not run continuously after the addition of flour. After each addition, I just mix until well combined, then turn it off, add the following amount, and so on. Also noise in chocolate, oatmeal instead of a mixer. I stayed with my shock soda. Chip recipe and use baking powder instead. They have as well.

Cream butter and sugar first, until it is pale and appears light and fluffy. Then add the eggs, if any, soft and stir until only entirely, then add dry ingredients like flour or oats. stir just until blended, then the dough in the refrigerator for 30 minutes, until cookies.

If you or baking powder and soda, check the dates in your product code. This should be a good product.

Baking powder into the mixture, which increases when you enter and react with food. But you need to get quickly
